An original terrace with great bones in need of some love to facilitate modern living. The space was dark, and in need of repair, struggling to accommodate the family. 

We proposed an extension to the living area, and provided a bedroom, ensuite, and study above, with a kids rumpus room, laundry, and under house storage below. The terrace is part of a family of terraces and it was considered important to retain the front elevation and only develop beyond the ridge line.
