A conservative update required by the new operators at this well known cafe address in the Wahroonga village. Updating the shopfront to include a serving window and improved access was the main client objective, along with modifications to the existing bar and kitchen to facilitate new equipment and requirements. As the building is marked as an item of heritage significance, approval was gained through council with the assistance of Betteridge Heritage.
